White-glove install

A white-glove install of Squadmates, in your AWS account

Agentifiers sets up Squadmates and the Deployments.ai platform in an account in your AWS Organization, connects your Slack workspace, recruits your first teammates with you, and hands over the keys. You own the account and the data, and you get the full source. Installs are fixed scope and invoiced.

What the install includes

Five steps, then it's yours.

Every white-glove install covers the same five steps, in this order. Installs are fixed scope and invoiced.

  1. AWS account and scoped IAM roles.

Agentifiers sets up an account in your AWS Organization for Squadmates, with scoped IAM roles. You own the account.

  2. Platform and Squadmates deployed with OpenTofu.

The Deployments.ai platform and Squadmates are deployed into that account with OpenTofu. Conversations, credentials, and audit logs stay there. What runs in the account.

  3. Slack connected and first conversations approved.

We connect your Slack workspace. Connecting Slack turns nothing on, so we approve the first conversations with you. Teammates act only there, and only when someone mentions them.

  4. First teammates recruited with permission cards.

We recruit your first teammates with you. Each one gets a job, an owner, and a permission card that lists what it can read, remember, and do, and what it must ask before doing.

  5. Handover to your team.

We hand over the keys. You own the account and the data, you get the full source, and your owners and admins recruit and change teammates from there.

Your first teammate

Start with @triage.

Every teammate gets one job. The example on this site is @triage in #support-escalations: mention it in a thread and it drafts a structured triage. It reads only the threads it is mentioned in, remembers nothing between threads, and has no tools.

Who bills what.

Agentifiers invoices the install. It is fixed scope, with no public price list, so email us to scope yours.

  • Agentifiers: the install, fixed scope and invoiced.
  • AWS: the infrastructure in your account, billed to you with no markup.
  • Your model providers: model calls, billed on your keys.
